It&#039;s the delta in your context that triggers non-routine actions which need to be managed by services that use a lot of sensory input to swiftly address what needs to be done.

Instead of intentions focus on the surprise... 

Someone cancelled the meeting, Missed the bus, Delay, foreign language, bad tasting dish, bad weather,  flight cancelled and....

interesting stranger, new shop in town, opening, news announcements, etc.. etc.. 

It&#039;s the the physical world (time and place) that triggers the chain of events.]]></description>
